Seed of Life Sequence

About this preview

This page replays the workstation’s timeline for Seed of Life Sequence: the same scene, supporting flies, cues and cameras, running entirely in your browser.

The eye inspector renders the scene from the fly’s head: the eye image, the workstation’s 32-column retinal sample, and a compound-eye mosaic on a modeled facet layout.

The neural panel shows real MaleCNS v1.0 anatomy. Its activity is simulated in your browser from the rendered retina and the subject’s movement. On the full workstation, the same input drives the 166,700-neuron model and every spike is recorded.
