The fly occupies the exposed sixth-floor book room of a miniature depository with a scoped rifle while an empty open-top limousine travels the plaza road at the documented 11.2 mph average.

Recording pending publication. Follow along for the release.
Setup
- A seven-story depository, Houston and Elm roads, neighboring blocks, pergola and overpass at ten metres per scene unit.
- The limousine is empty; the scene has no human occupants or bystanders.
- At 1× playback the car follows the road at 5.006848 m/s (11.2 mph).
- Overview, Fly / controls, Target and Plan cameras; controls train the readout, test the frozen readout and demonstrate the pre-programmed action.
Measurement
- Retinal-only input over four training variations and three 100 ms stimulus bins, with paired connected and disconnected branches.
- An external nearest-example regressor reads six downstream population rates and selects one lateral endpoint; the rifle uses a virtual contact action.
- Timing and animation are pre-programmed and control mappings are engineered; neural weights are fixed.
Limitations
- The Warren Commission figure is an approximate average over part of the event, not an exact speed trace.
- Geometry and route are approximate; this is not a surveyed reconstruction or a ballistics simulation.
- The fly inhabits the miniature model; it does not represent a human shooter.
