Setup
- A hall of stone columns, arches, candles and a throne; 22 flies in dimensional cloaks, hoods and pierced masks.
- Participants: a red-cloaked officiant with staff and swinging censer, two blue-cloaked attendants, twelve flies in the circle, six gallery observers and the subject.
- Nine stages over 126 seconds: entrance, joining the ring, the staff signal, procession, kneeling, rising, summons, unmasking and departure.
- Four cameras frame the hall, ring, officiant and subject.
Measurement
- Retinal-only neural windows during playback: ten 20 ms steps each, with no direct motor or narrative stimulation.
- The movement sequence is pre-programmed.
- Rendered incense haze is excluded from retinal capture.
Limitations
- A procedural model with original geometry and a condensed movement sequence. No dialogue transcript, footage or soundtrack is included.
